Form processing
The launch website sends appointment information through a server-side form handler on the hosting account. The hosting and email configuration should be tested before public launch.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service delivery, record-keeping or applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting the published email address.
Third-party links
The website may later link to social media, payment, video-conferencing or scheduling services. Those services have their own privacy practices.
